Enabling EPP Code

Hi,

I want to allow my clients to get their EPP/Auth Code from their client area.

I enabled EPP Code from Domain Pricing but unfortunately I don't see this option in the client area.

That domain is with Namecheap, who does not have a function to retrieve the EPP code through WHMCS. You have to do EPP for domains with them manually.

as @bear says, it's because your registrar doesn't support the feature - neither does register.com which I think is another of the registrars that you use.

if your registrar module supported the feature, then the option would be automatically shown to the client...

Very old topic....

I can't see this option in the client area, the module supports epp request (backend visible and working) but on the customer side there is no option visible. Maybe a template issue (if so which template...)

For six theme, the file containing domain management sidebar is  clientareadomaindetails.tpl

Thanks, using the twenty one theme but also want to know where and how i can change the content to get the epp option to display (again)
