sujithm
Hello friends I am facing a big issue with affiliate orders. When we access affiliate referral link (like http://www.domain.com/********?aff=1), we can see that "Visitors Referred" for that affiliate (Affiliate ID 1 in this example) is getting incremented by one in the WHMCS admin panel. But from this affiliate referral link, if a new customer places an order, this order is not automatically assigned to the affiliate. We had some orders with failed payments, so we thought that these orders were not assigned to the affiliate because of non payment. But with successfully paid orders also, they are not automatically assigned to the affiliate referred. Can anyone please guide me to find a fix for this issue? Thanks & Regards Sujith
brian!
have you confirmed that it isn't a cookie issue, e.g the clients are blocking cookies in their browsers - as that would affect the assignment to the affiliates.

brian!
if you are using default templates, then it might be worth opening a ticket with support and let them look at your setup.
sujithm
Hello Brian We are using a custom template and everything works except this affiliate cookie part. Anyway, let me take a deeper look and see if I can trace something out. Thanks & Regards
