Hi,

I'm using WHMCS v6 and I'm experiencing this weird error.

My configaddonmods.php is not working, for some reason whenever I try to goto Setup->addon modules the file does not respond and instead I'm received by an error.

you can check the error live here http://client.divinehosting.us/admin/configaddonmods.php

I've checked the logs but completely no logs are recorded whenever someone receives this error, I do not have a .htaccess file problem as I do not have one, I have tried everything I could but It did not work out so hoping for help from here!

Thanks for reading I hope someone could help,

regards

Honey

oh, sorry for late reply!

@ChrisD The problem is, there is no error at all! I just don't get any response, here's a screenshot

@zomex I had tried that but unfortunately I didn't receive any specific error related to this, also I find this weird that none other pages except this one are doing this, all other pages work fine!

@bear thanks for correcting that!

um guys any help please?

Hello,

First go to help > health and updates - ensure your server meets all of the WHMCS requirements.

Then open:

/modules/addons/

Re-name each module adding a 1 at the end one-by one to see if at any point the page loads. This will allow you to test if a module is causing the error.

have you installed any new addons recently? i'm wondering if there is an addon that is breaking it ??

if you have, then renaming/disabling them one-by-one might reveal the culprit...

on another topic, you have an issue with your cart templates - namely a double-sidebar issue... that usually means that your theme is older than your orderform template and needs updating... I just mention this in passing as it has nothing to do with your admin addon issue.

Nope don't think so, it has been like that since I installed it!

aahh... you missed out that vital bit of information!

It might be resolved if I reinstall it but I want tk keep the changes I made ( products, logo etc ) is that possible?

products, settings etc will be stored in the database.

but if this has been like that since installation, i'd be tempted to reupload the files again - perhaps one of the files got corrupted on upload? :?:

try reuploading the 'includes' and 'vendor' folders first and see if that resolves the issue.

So if i copy the database and replace the database after new installation, will it work fine?

possibly, but what's to say there won't be a similar upload corruption next time?

just try uploading the vendor and includes folders again over the existing installation - it won't affect the database.

Considering if it works, can you provide me the location of the database

the database isn't a file/folder, so you'd need to access it via your hosting panel, e.g cPanel etc,
