scysys
Seems to be an MySQL Bug --> http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=42041 But actually it only occurs in actuall WHMCS Version
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 15, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 15, 2015 Hi, That'll be because v6.0 uses PDO for database connections whilst previous versions did not, and this bug only seems to affect PDO. Increasing the MySQL table_definition_cache setting seems to be an accepted workaround for this.
iserver
Amazing. In WHMCS always you got an excuse for every problem that arises in each version of your software. And the fault is always something else, not the pathetic programming.
freemind
hard to manage table_definition_cache setting with shared hosting so should be another solution required
CLIFTON
I am having this same issue as we speak where I can not login to my client console because I keep getting this issue. Is there instructions on how to properly fix this so it does not happen again?
twhiting9275
Your best 'workaround' for this is going to be updating to v7. There's really no reason not to be on v7 at this point

I can think of others, but i'll let them slide.
twhiting9275
One would think that would be applicable to v6 as well, just sayin

I made exactly the same demo order in v7.4.2 (after hotfix installed) and v6.3.1 yesterday - v6.3.1 gets it correct on both cart/invoice; v7.4.2 gets it right in cart, but not invoice... and we're not talking 0.01 difference, it was far larger than that. TPTB have been told about it... but are still in denial.
