Whmsonic dead?

John, whmsonic hasn't been active on social media since 2013. My sales enquiry has gone unanswered for 90 days. When are you going to remove them and their solution? I would be leary to give a company in Hong Kong any money that hasn't been active, anywhere, in two years.

Thank you, John. My sales query still had gone unanswered. They are not responding to twitter, either. I would not even give them money in fear that I'd never receive the software product. I don't know how they are listed with your company in the plugins section or other areas.

well I went with whmsonic as it is the cheapest solution atm.. am hoping there are no holes in it that could cause issues..

I think I fund a bug.

Make a whmsonic reseller account with let say 4 limit radio and after you create those 4 radios wmmsonic don't stop the reseller from making more radio.

I send whmsonic a ticket last night hopefully I get a reply.

Regards.

good news they are not dead..

I just got a reply from them:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WHMSonic - Development.

We do support and reply as fast as we can. A new update is also going to be released for WHMSonic software in the next few days, we are going to change the support portal and update the software for Centos7 + cPanel 11.50 and shoutcast v2 build.

If you have any issue or question, please contact us via email. We are having some issues with the old support system, we lost some tickets due to database failure in the past, this issue is going to be fixed completely with the new support system and it is ready.

Regards,

Development.
