No Search option through e-mails?

While working on another issue I noticed something else; I can't seem to find an option to search through all e-mails send out by whmcs.

Like domain renewals; where do I type a search-command to find all e-mail mentioning a particular domain?

I don't think there is such a feature... but it's just an sql query, so I suspect that it wouldn't be too difficult to write one... perhaps it will show up in v6 ?

 

what we do for this issue, is bcc all system emails to ourselves and then we can search for them in our email program.

The email log isn't searchable at present. However once you upgrade to v5.3.12, it will be possible to single out the domain renewal reminders with the new report: http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=98403

I noticed that when I upgraded today, thanks.

 

When a customer has over 110 domains spread out over the year, it takes along time trying to help him on the phone. Looks a bit...erm..unprofessional.

 

But...I'm sure 6.0 will come to the rescue.
