username will not log in and just shows log in box.

Not sure if I need enable something in CPanel for this to work but the link "login to control panel" will not work and just shows the log in box again. If I enter the log in details into the log in box it then redirects.

 

I have the hash tag and root password for the server.

 

Is this just a security measure and I need to add the password for each time I log in?

In v5.0 and earlier you will need to enter your WHM Login details, you will then be logged in to the client's account with reseller privileges.

Rather than start a new thread, how hard would it be to have a link to the whm next to the cpanel? That way I can access the customers server easily without searching the link in my favorites.

 

Doesn't need to auto login, just open the whm in a new page that I can log into.

if you know the server they're using, there is a WHM button in setup -> products/services -> servers that you can use

Yeah I guess it's a feature request then, it would just be convenient to have one there to get to the customers server in one click. Maybe I can add it in the template?

 

My previous billing program had Cpanel, WHM, and Root next to each product for fast access to the panels when working on the customers account.

 

Just a nice option that I think would be easy to add.
