easyhosting Posted November 17, 2014 Share Posted November 17, 2014 Since i purchased this module on 1st Nov. it has not worked and their support just seems to be going round in circles. all this has actually managed to do is constantly open FTP connections to Amazon AWS but never made any backups. They through a hissy fit You total wrong i tell you in skype that am working on a new version and you tell me going to wait of the new update. Second please dont order my site no more the fact i tried to order on his halloween special which he advertised on here when he never had this item available, he told me he would give discount and then if i wait until version 2 was ready, which i did and after installing version 2 it never worked. so how can i be wrong when he provided me something that never worked. so i advise anyone to think twice before ordering from HTB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have more the 20 clients use this modules and small my have small issues with server but they dont jump fast ask of refund like you do. I also did have a few small issues (my fault) got those corrected and now backups are running fine. Support has been good for me through there helpdesk and on Skype. easyhosting Posted November 23, 2014 Share Posted November 23, 2014 well HTB this went on for 18 days and i did not have a working module, you never gave me 1,.9, you had me wait for version 2.0 which yes i was happy to wait. this was not the issue. the issue was after 18 days of having version 2.0 this never worked. You need to check up on laws of various countries and if an item/service does not work after a reasonable time then the buyer is fully entitled to a refund.
