Hello,

 

I was not able to reproduce this issue with the details you gave. If you are still having issues please either open a support ticket or update this forum thread with a lot more detailed reproduction steps. At a minimum it would be helpful to note:

 

1) Are you using the primary account contact or a sub account's contact.

2) Is this TLD / registrar specific or general?

3) What exact error message are you getting?
