Trax
Pending Cancellation(s) are not cancelling upon when they should? I have two pending cancellations that are to be terminated immediately but this isn't happening when the cron runs? Just for the record these are free hosting products. No idea if that would have an affect on this problem?
WHMCS Ryan
Hello Trax, To confirm, you have the check box selected for 'Cancellation Requests' in the 'Automation Settings' of your install and what are you 'Auto Terminate/Fixed Term' setting set to for the product in question? --Thanks
Trax
Yep the check box is selected. They are no fixed terms for the product in question, the cancellation requests in question are ones manually submitted by clients, both are marked as immediate but the cron has run twice and as not cancelled them?

WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted June 19, 2014 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted June 19, 2014 Hi, That seems to suggest WHMCS things there are no cancellation requests pending. I think it would be best if you would please open a support ticket so we can login and take a look at your installation: http://www.whmcs.com/get-support/

WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted June 23, 2014 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted June 23, 2014 Hi, I see my colleagues was able to login to your installation and observe that you were using free products. As free products do not have a Next Due Date and nothing for WHMCS to be able to cancel upon. I trust that clarifies matters for you.
Trax
Yeah thanks, a bit of confusion on my part i suppose. Because these were manually submitted cancellation requests i expect the cron to still do the job, never mind i now having working alright
