Pending Cancellation(s)

Pending Cancellation(s) are not cancelling upon when they should? I have two pending cancellations that are to be terminated immediately but this isn't happening when the cron runs?

Just for the record these are free hosting products. No idea if that would have an affect on this problem?

Yep the check box is selected. They are no fixed terms for the product in question, the cancellation requests in question are ones manually submitted by clients, both are marked as immediate but the cron has run twice and as not cancelled them?

  • WHMCS Support Manager

Hi,

I see my colleagues was able to login to your installation and observe that you were using free products. As free products do not have a Next Due Date and nothing for WHMCS to be able to cancel upon.

I trust that clarifies matters for you.
