List credit clients

How can I list or check clients that have credit?

create user groups, call one CC or Credit etc. select a color like light green, then when you view your customers all that you have that you changed to the CC group will be highlited with the light green, you can make other groups for other reasons, have not tried but you may be able to do a customer search on the group name ... hope this works for you

that wouldn't really work - ignoring the fact that you'd have to go through all the clients assigning some to the "credit" client group!... and just because they were in credit today, wouldn't necessarily mean they would be in credit tomorrow.

 

now if you could automate it, that might be a different matter - there is a "Set Client Groups" addon, but I don't think you can use it based on credit balance - http://www.whmcs.com/appstore/450/WHMCS-Set-Client-Groups.html

 

in any event, if you can use phpmyadmin or similar sql query tools, just use the following and you'll get a list of those with credit.

 

SELECT * from tblclients where credit > 0

brian, good catch, after reading DiegoM post again i realized that he was talking about a credit balance not a credit card customer... have a good one
