[not a bug] Ticket Escalation Cron

I am going to report this as a bug. Ticket escalations no longer happen. Cron jobs were changed as documented, and the previous cron job with just a "SPACE escalations" no longer works.

 

Either it's broken, or the documentation is incorrect.

 

I tried asking this question before opening a bug report, but no one responded, and I was chastised in the past for bumping posts.

I am not aware of any issues with the the ticket escalation crons. Can you open a ticket for our tech support team to investigate this further?

The question is, how do I run this seperately form the daily cron? What do I place in the cron job?

If you call the cron with escalation as an argument, it will only execute the the ticket escalations part of the cron. It is not a separate file to call, but an argument to pass in.

OK, I understand that, but do_escalations isn't in the list of arguments.

Does anyone else have this working as described in documentation where it doesn't kick off the whole cron job including generating invoices? If so - how are you running this cron? I can't seem to get an answer to this question and I thought it would be an easy one.
