DanielSheen
Hi there, I recently upgraded to 5.2.15 and before the upgrade everything ran smoothly, and I had a working SSL certificate, since the upgrade the SSL works in the admin area but not on my custom template, not working to be defined as not being detected and showing that data is not encrypted, would I need to change anything on the custom template and if so what? Thanks.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 24, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 24, 2013 Hi, We've not received any similar reports from other users. Any chance of a URL so we can take a look?
Si
Exactly the same problem here. What was the solution? (if any). Or should I raise a ticket?
DanielSheen
Hi there, Sure URL is: https://resilienthost.org/manage/clientarea.php - The default theme works fine, but before the upgrade the custom theme worked fine with SSL.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 26, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 26, 2013 Hi, Looking in my browser's console I see the following: Blocked loading mixed active content "http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto:400,300,300italic,400italic,500,500italic,700,700italic,900,900italic"[Learn More] So it appears you're trying to include Google's API over an insecure connection. Probably in one of your custom css or js files.

stormy
Inspecting with Firefox, I see that the page is generating a request to "http://resilienthost.org/manage/index.php". Not sure why, it could be some js maybe?
