[confirmed] CronJob garbled email

Recently, my conr job emails are sent like this:

in plain text, I don't know why HTML is not supported for some reason, any ideas?

I think it's been like this for months, from v5.2.4 in April 2013 - I don't keep these emails, so i'm working from memory here!

 

did you upgrade from 5.x or 5.1.x, perhaps their cron emails were slightly different.

I've always kept WHMCS updated, but hadn't upgraded from 5.x to 5.1, I always been on 5.2. Surely this has been reported? If not, why isn't WHMCS doing anything about it?

Hi guys i am also having trouble viewing my CRON JOB email.

It cames like code not in HTML format as it used to be...

 

Might be a simple issue but very important to daily tasks... i will appreciate any help on this matters.

 

Only the cron job email comes in like this. All other client emails are OK.

I have reproduced this issue and opened case: 3679 to track resolution of it. I am going to mark this thread as confirmed and close it.
