[not a bug] Problems with registar setups

when i go to setup->products/services->domain registrars, i get a page that looks like this (image1.png).

it wont let me deactivate the registrar or configure the registrar it only lets me activate the service

can someone shed some light on this please

You should find an option to add an attachment on the reply window at bottom.

yeah i thought i had done tht but its fixed now it was an issue with my memory limit
