faisal Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 Hi all If you have more than one currency USD and GBP for example an admin area you use the default currency USD and add fund with 10 GBP from manage credit in admin area or if client add it him self from client area In admin area you will see he add 10 USD or 10 GBP Bottom line is there is no converting for the amount add by the add fund function in other currencies! WHMCS Nate Posted December 26, 2013 Share Posted December 26, 2013 Hello, I apologize for missing this thread. WHMCS is designed around the idea that each user has a specific default currency. All credits are managed inside that specific currency. When you add credits it does not allow you to set a specific currency its being added as, the software automatically uses the user's currency selection. This is the expected behavior. If you are seeing something different please either update this thread with a bug report using the bug reporting template or open a support ticket so our tech analysts can investigate this further.
