2Checkout Recurring Payment error - Still an Issue in 5.2.7

To reproduce:

Login as client

Click View Invoice on product that requires subscription

Select 2Checkout

Click Create Automated Recurring Subscription

ERROR: This file cannot be accessed directly

 

If I replace the modules/gateways/tco.php with the file from v5.1.2 it works. Has not worked in any update since.
