alinford
Version 5.2.4 When I check the Check All option in the Admin area on View/Search Clients, Manage Orders and Invoices, it is not checking all. I have attached an SS.

SeanP
Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or trying another browser? I wonder if the issue is browser specific. Sean
Patty
Yep, not working in Firefox, IE and Chrome and not only in Clients, but in all pages where there's a check all box.
xeqution
Also noticed this, we go through our orders and mark them as "Accepted", the checkall box stopped working on several WHMCS pages.
Damo
Do you see any javascript errors? Using Chrome developer tools ( or equivalent in other browsers ) you may find that there is a conflict somewhere. The select all is working for us. Do you have any mods or custom scripting added to your admin? My guess is a jquery double up.
xeqution
I checked FireBug and there are no JS related issues. Your most likely right about JS being overlapped. However this was fine in the previous versions, since upgrading to 5.2.4 (incremental) is when we started to have the issue. So I am pretty sure we are safe to say that this is a WHMCS related issue. Brad.Jones
Yeah we have the same issue. I have also noticed that none of the sorting on any of the columns works since upgrading to 5.2.
Damo
We use the "Blend" admin template and it's working fine. If I switch to the "Original" theme I can reproduce it. Looks like it may some missing changes to the templates?
alinford
I use the Blend theme, and the OP and screen shot was done using Blend, so Blend is not working properly for me.
Darthkatzs
Happening on all themes for me and is starting to become extremely annoying, good job WHMCS... Now I'm constantly being logged out AND I have to manually check everything when I want to run bulk actions. It's starting to look like they just want to make it annoying for the admins. Damo
Are any of you using add-ons or custom hooks at all? We run a fairly vanilla install and it's all working quite well. I feel for your frustrations and am glad I'm not seeing as I'd be pretty unhappy too.
DJFireCFH
Just to chime in here.. The "select all" is not working for us either. Have to manually select all check boxes in order to send bulk messages or what have you. Using any Theme.

WHMCS Chris
Hello, WHMCS provides point releases every 6 weeks. The next version will be available in the first week of June.
Darthkatzs
That's a bit of a useless system. For such issues at least make a hotfix
openmind
Why? It's hardly a critical issue.
Darthkatzs
Why? It's hardly a critical issue. You probably don't have to process things in bulk. I could be doing other more productive things but instead I have to manually check a couple hundred boxes.

There is no way in WHMCS to select all indian clients and send an email. We can search by country and then manually select all 1200 clients one by one. Clearly not but I'm also struggling to think where I would need to except in one off situations. Oh and for the record I have several thousand clients in the system...
