phpkiran
I don't like the way whmcs track the feature request vote at http://forum.whmcs.com/forumdisplay.php?12-Feature-Requests a better way would be helpful to whmcs and the users too
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 5, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 5, 2012 Hi, We always consider all feature requests, the polls are just a nice way for us and users to see what might be the most popular, and to prove that we do read the Feature Request forums (some users don't believe we read it). How would you handle it?
CavalloComm
I would suggest that you read the complaints which are valid first before offering and voting on new features. Let's fix the old problems before introducing new broken features.

CavalloComm
Because you cannot add new features to broken software.
easyhosting
Because you cannot add new features to broken software. this is not what you stated you stated, you stated Let's fix the old problems before introducing new broken features. the software is NOT broken, they were a few issues with version 5.1.2 which have been patched and seems to be working now.

No sane users with a high volume business will upgrade from 5.0.3 to 5.1.X. Those who did are still regretting their decision.

Those who did are still regretting their decision. i upgraded after testing on dev licence and had only 1 issue with the new text editor for email templates. this was fixed by a quick ticket to WHMCS and since them no issue with 5.1.2. If you look at these forums their is only a few (less than 10 members) who keep scaremongering.
