Hi, we have problem with last Chrome update, WHMCS Connect can not access to server it just show WHM login page, by inspecting Chrome dev tool, it say this: Blocked autofocusing on a <input> element in a cross-origin subframe.

I have also this problem, custom theme, order forms. Link is pointing correctly, but when we click it just redirect to user portal ? Fixed by theme developer

We have their module and it work fine, latest WHMCS and Vultr. Are you positive you use latest version and correct version for PHP 7.2, also by error are you positive that API key is OK?

I also confirm this, we did try to disable all plugins, hooks and still same, huge slow after upgrade to 7.6 version in admin area. This code bellow did help, but still slower load then before, but it is stupid if we need to disable this to get performance boost. $disable_admin_ticket_page_counts = true;

I added API username in file, under API role, I only selected: UpdateInvoice But still it is not changing invoice status to CANCELED when I execute crons/cron.php - Invoices are older that date set in file. - Do I need to allow some other API actions ?

Hi, why is invoice cancellation extremely slow, our setup is on dedicated server, not load, large amount of RAM, optimized, MariaDB etc. only slowdown is when invoices are canceled, it can take over 30-60 seconds and nothing else can be done until this process is done. Is this related maybe to MariaDB or we missing something else or it is general problem with WHMCS when you have larger set of clients, we have around 1500+

Hi, I am trying to setup Configurable Package Addon, but for some reason when I configure to use for space: Quantity instead of dropdown after order is approved it save disk space in WHM in amount user write/select, example user write he wish 10 x 1GB but in WHM say 10MB and it should show 10000 MB If I use dropdown all is OK but I need to use quantity. Any advice would be great.

Hi, on WHMCS 6.0.1 when user add sub-contacts and they try to login with their data it will log in them as main account not as their sub-account. Can anybody else test this and confirm or provide me solution.

I agree with others, really to large increse, why cPanel could not help with something, it is like they do not own any part of WHMCS. For me this also look like taking money because YOU think that you are the best ...

I have opened ticket also with PayPal but I do not think they will help with this, I am hoping that WHMCS will add some option for us, because it start to annoying every time to approve manually every invoice ...

Hi, can anybody tell me how to solve this, meany of invoices after my clients pay are not marked as PAID because payment is in paypal under paymentreview. All payments are OK every time. Is there any way to edit some part of code to mark payments with: paymentreview as PAID because currently I need almost every second payment mark manually as PAID. I have connected WHMCS support and they told me just to suggest this as future.

Most probably anybody serious will not use them or if those, then like you have said they will pretty soon go offline.
