I had the same problem on my site. After troubleshooting, WHMCS support took over and determined I had a JS conflict. It would be easier if you posted a ticket and asked them to checkout my Ticket #681291 to see if it is the same problem.

Wondering if whmcs support ticket system is hacked.
tynman replied to SinOjos's topic in General Discussion
I gave support FTP access for an issue in ordering on my site since before the leak so I removed the access. Last night I granted them access again upon their request. If it was the hacker that responded, then they might want to hire him cause he was the only one to figure it out. -
Remember, it is an automated system. I am sure considering the circumstances that they will be willing to accept it in due time.

As zomex pointed out, If they list it free then the developer on his site charges for it, you simply need to wait for WHMCS to make their rounds and update. It is helpful to let the team know about it so they can jump on it like they do and correct the listing. This is a new feature from inside WHMCS and I am sure something will be worked out for example: If a developer of a addon lists it free then within a certain time charges for it and fails/forgets to notify the team then a suspension of being listed may be in place. That is an example, but possible. Maybe WHMCS shouldn't list it free or not and let people look into it to find out.

aWHMCS - Android App for WHMCS Demo?
tynman replied to mathewparet's question in Pre-Sales Questions
Yes and I agree on the above though I did have a serious request I made about the app months ago. I asked for the ability to delete tickets due to some spam many months ago and I do not think that has been added at this time. At the same time I reported a crash that happened when you click on staff and that I must say was handled within a day. I will note that I did not pursue a refund or anything due to, I know it will be up to par one day. I love WHMCS and the work done thus far on all that is here. I just hope someone reads this topic soon and catches aWHMCS up a little. -
aWHMCS - Android App for WHMCS Demo?
tynman replied to mathewparet's question in Pre-Sales Questions
I use aWHMCS to simply handle tickets or basic info. It is very disappointing due to lack of features. Can't even delete spam tickets yet. No sound or pop notifications is also sad compared to other android apps. I have it as a widget on the touch screen so I can easily open it and check those mentioned. When compared to WHMCS itself or another addon it is disappointing. If using this app works for your needs or business then congrats and glad it does. It simply is lacking for mine and all the above is of course my opinion. -

owsAdmin - WHMCS Area Template
tynman replied to expandmind's topic in Commercial Modules and Addons
@easyhosting , this is true. Though for the features, additions or fixes I do like seeing what people think or improve on as I may want the same after reading. So it has its good and bad. -
I will grab it when your release the new version for sure. Not sure if it is included, but Music/Sound notification. Having notifications for pending orders. Browse button to upload the link for sound file. If the current version has that let me know. Thanks

Not bad at all and works perfectly. The URL shortening is awesome. This is a great buy, price and open source... Simple to setup. Once installed it looked as though it belong there on the admin home page though faded lightly to not draw attention. Once you click on the text area it brightens for use. It could do with a touch more fade, but I wont complain. I just had to much going on to make time to go to twitter was difficult. This has changed it all and I have no excuse to not get back on it. Thank you for this.
