Seeing as this is in the Pre-Sales forum, I assume you mean the support from WHMCS staff?

 

If so, its brilliant. I've submitted tickets in the early hours of the morning and had a reply.

 

Matt and Co are very helpful.

I've been very pleased with the support. I've found most of the answers to my questions in this forum, but when I haven't, I've gotten pretty fast responses from Matt or his team.

 

The software is the best thing out there. The support is top notch. What are you waiting for? :-)

Support after-sale is exceptional.

 

It doesn't end there, they are very reasonable & efficient with customisations. Barring accounting, WHMCS fullfills 99% of our needs effortlessly.

 

One of the best PHP programmers/developers out there!
