So... couple days later. What's the voodoo black magic trick to get the password reset link to work if it's not showing up in any inbox (including spam folders)? PM sent to Matt (appreciably a very busy guy) and I haven't heard back yet.
-
It didn't work for me either. It now appears I can't access the pwd reset page.

This is a great idea. Perfect for someone who has resellers.

Import Problems - CE 3.0.2 > WHMCS 3.8.1
KAIDOK replied to MonkeyMagic's topic in Installation, Upgrade, and Import Support
We ran this tool and it imported everything except the CC info. Would this perhaps be because we've got a pass phrase set in CE to run CC payments? Perhaps something else? -
This totally sucks (on CE's part, especially for those of us who've been using them for years upon years) but it's good to know. Thanks Matt.

ClientExec Import Script Released
KAIDOK replied to Matt's topic in Installation, Upgrade, and Import Support
Has anyone tried this with WHMCS 3.8.1 yet? -
How'd you sort it? Or is it automatically sorted now?
-
So was the issue fixed where it didn't import passwords and credit card numbers? That was the issue I had with it. I couldn't import the stuff I really needed.

EstDomains looses their ICANN accreditation
KAIDOK replied to netearth's topic in General Discussion
Absolutely agree with that. 10 years ago it was far more simple. You knew who you needed to talk to and you knew what you were getting. -
Pretty dang nice job.

Did this get changed in 3.7.1?

How is it (which file/line) that you change the logo in your PDF invoices? I found (I think it was line 4) a line in the pdfconfig.php file that mentions "Logo" but nothing changed when I changed the path to reflect my logo. I'm still getting the WHMCS logo.

Thanks a lot Rick & John! I'm passing these along to the individual that did the site work.

Sweetness MACscr. That's great feedback. The same person did the WHMCS install that also did the web site itself. I wouldn't call it a simple integration. I do digress, we were working against time limits. It's something we'll have time later on to work with and improve upon. For the time being, the way we have it will have to work (and does work out pretty well, for all practical purposes). We'll have to wrap the site around it a bit more in the future. Any suggestions on how to go about that (not from a technical aspect but from a design aspect) in regards to what to do with the links / login box / search box on the left side? In regards to the default Kayako support icon being there, that's a new one on me. This morning I had placed one there that was custom built and for some reason it grew legs and walked off on it's own (although I did tweak some things in Kayako this morning but I can't imagine that it would cause icons to be overwritten). Oddness.

This is good feedback. Something I can ask the guy who developed it to look at. Thanks all for the feedback and pointing out the flaws.
-
Oh don't get me wrong, I appreciate the feedback. If there's more to do, I'd be interested in THAT feedback as well.

The objective was to make WHMCS fit in with the web site rather than having a vanilla installation. The objective was met.
-
Our dev dude added the web site's header to the top as well as the live support options and added a CSS so it all ties in together. The objective was "clean" and "simple". Site: http://www.hostdango.com/ WHMCS: http://my.hostdango.com/ Looking for feedback. Thanks!

Nevermind, answered my own question.

I can't find this using the search function so I'm hoping its not out there somewhere. Is there HTML code on here somewhere to add a WHMCS login form? I know they exist for several other things (cPanel, etc) but was wondering if WHMCS had something similar. Thanks!
-
If it was a path error I would expect a NDN to be returned and it is not ioncube as I have no issues with it piping to an e-mail for the account that has WHMCS installed, which also leads me to believe that it is not a php error. What log file are you referring to so I can look at it?
-
I have done this, copied files, and am trying to get this to work with a different accounts support e-mail that resides on the same Cpanel CentOS server. I have the address forwarded to the pipe and myself but I only get the e-mail to myself. It is getting lost somewhere during the piping process and never makes it to my whmcs installation. Any Ideas?
-
*bump* Is there a thread outlining this process? And is this a loginshare?
-
Definitely. Post-sale support is top notch. ZERO complaints!

Upgrading to 3.6.1 resolved this issue for me.
