Solution wtools Posted Tuesday at 06:11 AM Solution Share Posted Tuesday at 06:11 AM Hello, It’s clear that there is an issue with your database configuration. First, try connecting to the MySQL database using the credentials provided in your configuration.php file and check whether the connection is successful.
Nimesh Piyumal
Even when WHMCS is working fine, that same error appears.
DennisHermannsen
I remember we had the same issue when using /opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/bin/php. It wouldn't work on one WHMCS installation but would work on others. We changed it to /usr/local/bin/ea-php81 and it started working.
bear
For the record, posting your entire server path to the cron file (or any internal files, for that matter) should be avoided.
RadWebHosting
You may also want to check with WHMCS, since your license isn't active: https://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php/verifydomain.php
