SMTP details not connecting in the MAIL tab

Hello everyone

I think it has discussed before but i found no solution in that post so i am postin here again

this is my whmcs screenshot

as you can see from image even though the smtp is correct its not still working.

 

dont know why its keep syas data not accepting.

downgrade the whmcs to earlier version. still i can see the error coming up

 

can someone guide me? i tried different SMTP details. all has the same issue.

 

but smtp connecting other platform . and i have whmcs version 8.4 its also connecting there.

 

can someone tell me how to fix this issue?
