CRONJOB no longer works after I restart the server.

Hello, cronjob hasn't been working for a few days, only manually, I don't know what to do with it.

WHMCS: 8.5.1 / PHP 7.4

1. I have enabled display error

2. I use in terminal:  php -q /usr/bin/php -q /mnt/data/fxfweb/public_html/crons/cron.php all -F -vvv

3. Cron status is same from days
