Ticket ID Not Found.

Hi,

I am getting the following error when opening a new support ticket:

Ticket ID Not Found.

WHMCS V5.3.14

It was working fine, I just transferred the site to a new server and now it's assigning the Ticket ID: 0 to all new tickets for some reason.

When I edit an invoice it's not updating either, do I need to modify any PHP settings for this to work?

The page just refreshes and the changes are not updated.

Frustrating for anyone looking for the answer. Imagine if you'd come to this community looking for help with some odd question and the only relative thread about it ended with  that single word...
