Issue with piping mails

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have upgraded to 8.4.0 and the mails are no longer piped properly.

I'm receiving the following error on Support Ticket Mail Import Log.

Quote

Argument 7 passed to processPoppedTicket() must be an instance of WHMCS\Mail\AutoSubmittedHeader, array given, called in /home/xxxxx/crons/pop.php on line 0

From another thread I got 2 solutions.

1) To upgrade ioncube to 11.01 at least. I'm having 11.0 and upgrading might break my environment. It is almost not ossible.

2) To upload latest pop.php file. This seems to be a fair solution but I dont know where to find it.

Any other suggestions or how to solve this?

Thanks.

pop.php is inside WHMCS zip inside /crons/ folder.
If you open yours, you can see what version the file is. If it’s not the latest, try to upload the latest as suggested to you.

When you upgrade WHMCS you need to update all files, that includes the cron ones which include the pop file. The files are inside the cron folder. Make sure to overwrite all files in your installation with the new ones.
