I'm receiving the following error on Support Ticket Mail Import Log. Quote Argument 7 passed to processPoppedTicket() must be an instance of WHMCS\Mail\AutoSubmittedHeader, array given, called in /home/xxxxx/crons/pop.php on line 0 From another thread I got 2 solutions. 1) To upgrade ioncube to 11.01 at least. I'm having 11.0 and upgrading might break my environment. It is almost not ossible. 2) To upload latest pop.php file. This seems to be a fair solution but I dont know where to find it. Any other suggestions or how to solve this? Thanks. pop.php is inside WHMCS zip inside /crons/ folder. If you open yours, you can see what version the file is. bear Posted February 28, 2022 Share Posted February 28, 2022 If it was an ioncube issue, that file wouldn't be readable so wouldn't likely fail with that particular error. Any other suggestions or how to solve this? Thanks. When you upgrade WHMCS you need to update all files, that includes the cron ones which include the pop file. The files are inside the cron folder.
