I have my WHMCS on subdomain.domain.com and I need to use the affiliate module and get the links refering the traffic to domain.com and I need someone to  solve this issue.

assuming your other thread hasn't resolved the issue, it might be worth taking a look at the Affiliates Land Anywhere addon module by @zomex
