How to renew hosting before invoicing

Hello!

I have the case of a client who wants to extend his annual hosting one more year. There are two months until the next invoice, how can you do from the customer area to add a year to your plan?

You could create the invoice manually and then manually update the product next due dates and billing cycle.

Thanks, i know how to do it by myself as admin. Just like to know if there is something from the customer side to do this.

There may be times where a client asks for you to invoice them for the next renewal date early. To do this in WHMCS:

Navigate to Clients > View/Search Clients and search for the client in question:

Click on the client's name to view their Summary tab:

Now tick the boxes of the Products/Services/Addons and/or Domains you want to generate an invoice for:

Zoom:

Scroll to the button of the page and click the Invoice Selected Items button to create the invoice(s) for the service(s):

The next invoice due for the service will now been generated immediately.

• You won't be able to generate another invoice if an invoice has already been made for the next due date.

not by default... hosting renewal on demand (a la domain renewals) was supposed to have been introduced in v7.8 - but it never was and hasn't been since.

there are third-party addons, well certainly there is an MG addon that can do this it - there may be others in Marketplace - but usually, the only way is for an admin to generate the invoice early.
