Assign staff access to clients based on client groups?

Good day,

I am curious about this feature. Is there a way to allow staff access to clients only if they have been allowed to. For example, is it possible to assign a client group to a staff member where the staff memeber is only able to see clients that are in a client group that has been assigned to her?

This isn't something that WHMCS provides support for out of the box, however I'll move this over to the developers board to see if someone has any clever ways to achieve this.

there is a 7-year old declined feature request - so WHMCS themselves certainly won't be adding this feature any time soon.
