I rather not purchase / use Plesk Extended for WHMCS solely for this purpose. december 2019 Quote Usage Billing is being made available for cPanel and DirectAdmin at launch. Since taking over maintenance responsibilities for the module, we've been working through some of the backlog of general maintenance we inherited from Plesk: MODULE-6758 - Correct "Login to Plesk Control Panel" client area action MODULE-7156 - Sync Plesk Subscriptions assigned to Custom Service Plan CORE-16765 - Correct handling of nested API input for Plesk services CORE-16812 - Ensure client IP is passed to the Plesk module when clicking "login to control panel" in the client area MODULE-7657 - Ensure Server Sync identifies correct username/password for Plesk services MODULE-7660 - Ensure remote statistics for Plesk are retrieved correctly MODULE-7670 - Update Plesk module CreateFileWithinDocRoot action to prefer PASV FTP We've also added direct sign-in links to the client area and included Plesk in the latest new features (DNS validation of SSL certs and Wordpress Hosting). Usage Billing for Plesk is certainly something which is still on our radar, it's just a matter of fitting it all in!
