What are you guys doing for support for clients either via live chat, phone chat ect? Just verifing email used to sign up or adding a support pin ect?

I have noticed some large companies using the support pin method. It seems to be effective without being too much of an inconvience for users.

Yes alot company that I did with ask me support pin  that some big I see now 🙂
