Cannot Change Domain Pricing

I removed the addons, modules, hooks, etc and it still shows page not found in the admin area whenever the popup box appears. It happens at the following url: configdomains.php?action=editpricing&id=1

It says:

Page Not Found

We couldn't find that page.

@Ralph are you using any custom themes in the admin area? Do you have any custom .htaccess files in place?  Have you tried uploading a copy of the admin folder again?

I am using a custom theme but I switched to the default theme and it still errors. No custom htaccess is in place and I copied the admin folder from the downloads are in whmcs.com

This message can also be displayed if a server-side security measure is triggered (such as mod_security). Please check your server-side security logs to see if any rules are being triggered, and disable any false positives.
