Mechanic
Have you opened any support ticket with WHMS regarding this? What was their reply? Which PHP version and web server are you using?
WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted September 8, 2019 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted September 8, 2019 Hi @Net20, This error means that a payment gateway is missing. Please check the Billing > Payments > Payment Gateways > Manage Existing Gateways tab. You should see an error for the missing gateway, so you know which one to re-upload.
