Hi @Nitish Kumar,

This error has been reported to us earlier today. It can occur if visiting the deprecated pwreset.php file.

Please ensure your templates and external links have been updated to reference the new Friendly URL for the password reset page index.php?rp=/password/reset/begin

We've also published a hotfix to redirect from pwreset.php to the new location:

Hi @nomadph,

This indicates a missing template. Do you see an error in Utilities > Logs > Activity Log?

Please start your troubleshooting with this guide: https://help.whmcs.com/m/90416/l/1137873-problems-with-one-or-more-features-following-update

Hello,

I managed to fixed it. We weren't using the Six template and though the template we were using worked under 7.7, it didn't work in 7.8. To others that might have the same problem, we just copied the following files from the Six template onto our template's path:

password-reset-container.tpl
password-reset-change-prompt.tpl
password-reset-email-prompt.tpl
