ROQ Posted March 12, 2019 Share Posted March 12, 2019 Hi guys, I have a problem with my contact forms, both Contact Us and Support tickets. I get the error "Sender address rejected: not owned by user". All other notifications, sales etc are coming through and sending ok, it's just the contact forms. ROQ Posted March 13, 2019 Author Share Posted March 13, 2019 Hi, yes it is. I think the issue is with my email provider, they are not allowing emails to be send from the customers email. steven99 Posted March 14, 2019 Share Posted March 14, 2019 It is best practice to do that anyhow because of anti-spoofing protections. When you need to have their address be used in a reply from a contact form, you could use reply-to headers.
