  1. Hi guys, I'm looking to have an option of suspending rather than terminating some one time products once they reach the end of the initial term. Are there any hooks or addons that can do this?
  2. Thank you, I was thinking about this and I think I can achieve what I'm looking for if the service can be suspended rather than terminated at the end of the term. Not sure if that is possible in WHMCS though? Will create a new post as it's a slightly different request.
  3. Hi guys, I'm running a 3rd party module that adds users to a server, my question is: If the user has a currently active service and then purchases an extra month for the same service, can the billing system in WHMCS add this addition time to the active account? If so, is this controlled by the module creating the service or some setting in WHMCS?
  4. Hi guys, Question regarding promotions and coupons. If I setup a coupon which has requires products. If those required products go inactive/terminate etc, what happens to the discounted product if it was setup with auto renew payment? Does the billing price change to full price or would it also terminate?
  5. Hi guys, I've setup an addon product (independent Product), when I select it I don't see the user configurable options for the product instead it just goes straight to checkout. Any ideas why it does this and if I can get to the config options before checkout?
  6. Hi guys, I'm currently on 8.5.1 and have a new addon that requires Ioncube 11 so I'd like to update Ioncube (and probably a good idea to do PHP at the same time). Currently Ioncobe in on 10.2 and PHP is 7.2.24 On my server I don't have cpanel so need to upgrade via command line but I can't find any information on how to proceed. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
  7. I actually did it directly from PRODUCT ADDONS in system settings. Just setup a new independent product in there which had the discounted price and then set it to applicable products. So if the client has one of the applicable products, when they look at product addons when they login in they can see the discounted product. And if the original product expires/cancelled etc, then the discounted product is not shown if they go to product addons again.
  8. Actually, just worked this out, I can do it via product addons.
  9. Hi guys, I'm just looking to offer a discount on certain products if the client has other currently active products. EG: Client has active Product A, B or C then in the store, product E has a % discount. If client has no active products then all are full price. Are there any plugins that can do this or directly via WHMCS?
  10. it was actually working, just needed to clear browser cache.
  11. Perfect, thank you Lee!
  12. Thanks Lee, I'm currently using SIX.
  13. Hi guys, I'm trying to remove "Notifications" from the top-nav section but not sure how to add that to a hook, any ideas on the menu name etc?
  14. Hi guys, I've just upgraded to 8.5.1 and a hook I previously had is no longer working, any ideas on why? <?php use WHMCS\View\Menu\Item as MenuItem; add_hook('ClientAreaPrimaryNavbar', 1, function (MenuItem $primaryNavbar) { if (!is_null($primaryNavbar->getChild('Network Status'))) { $primaryNavbar->removeChild('Network Status'); } if (!is_null($primaryNavbar->getChild('Announcements'))) { $primaryNavbar->removeChild('Announcements'); } }); add_hook('ClientAreaSecondarySidebar', 1, function (MenuItem $secondarySidebar) { if (!is_null($secondarySidebar->getChild('Support'))) { $secondarySidebar->getChild('Support') ->removeChild('Network Status') ->removeChild('Knowledgebase'); } });
