Generate monthly invoice with zero balance due

I am trying to figure out how to do this and so far have not been able to figure out a sustainable method. Here's the scenario;

I donate hosting and services to several non-profits in my local area. They would like to track the value of what I provide for accounting purposes. So I need to sign them up to one of my normal hosting plans and generate a monthly invoice, the same as everyone else does (which rules out creating a custom unadvertised plan that only they can get). However when that invoice is sent to them it should show a zero balance owed. To make it more challenging, all of this would be ideal if it didn't take manual intervention on their part or mine every month. 

Anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to accomplish this?

I could be wrong but maybe you could try to use a coupon with 100% discount. This way you should see a proforma with all prices visible line by line an at the very end the 100% discount that nullifies the total due.

As mentioned by @Kian a Coupon Code would be the best option to achieve the outcome you are attempting to get.

Much appreciated Kian and Chris, I had thought that the coupons were only for one-off discounts and didn't realize they could re-apply for every billing cycle.

alternatively, if you're signing them up, assigning these clients to a Client Group with a 100% discount, should achieve the same thing and you wouldn't need to enter a promotion code for each order - the discount would be applied automatically (though would only apply to products etc - domains would require pricing slabs to be setup).
