Then Reproduce the problem Now Review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log for any SQL errors. Finally, disable the MySQL Debug option. It doesnt have the right permissions to perform edits and/or updates on the database. Have you ensured that your datase user has "ALL" permissions assigned to it?
