Question

I am planning to buy a dedicated one in 1&1 but I would like to know if WHMCS can be installed there since also on that same page 1&1 I will buy domain and webhosting and I would like to know if WHMCS would work well.

Excuse me if something does not make sense (I'm Spanish speaking)

Which domains can I sell freely?

.tk domains can be free... though I don't think there's a working WHMCS registrar module for their free domains, so you would have to register them manually using the Email registrar.

but as Chris says, you'd be better off using an account with a Registrar and selling domains from them.... you'll have to pay them for each domain registration / renewal costs etc, but if you want to sell the domains to your clients for free (e.g with a paid hosting account or just free on their own), then you can do so.

to sell domains, I do the same price that appears in Enom?

you can sell them for less than you pay (make a loss), what you pay eNom (and make a probable slight loss overall) or for more than you pay (and make a profit!) - the choice is yours.
