Nameserver Modifying Domain IP

Good evening, I am trying to do a request for a client which involves linking their domain to the GoDaddy servers so I can use there web hosting. The operator of this site https://www.rsfstudios.com/hosting/ has given up on her hosting side of her company so has disabled support tickets and no longer maintains her customers, I need help knowing how to change the IP to direct to the GoDaddy Server. I have looked everywhere and haven't found anything regarding this. I have currently even tried making my own Register within your software and linking it to the GoDaddy IP Address and changing the existing nameserver to that, however, I get this error [615] Domain delegation failed: Object status prohibits operation I am in need of a solution as this should only be a quick process.
