JayL Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 Hi, I tried to upgrade the whmcs from Utilities > Update WHMCS but get this error http://prntscr.com/hipqyl I'm running PHP 7.0.26 with max_execution time: 300, Memory limit: 512M How can I resolve this error? Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 you could try downloading the full v7.4.1 release from download.whmcs.com and upgrading manually. remember to take backups of both files and database first though... and ensure any hooks/addons you are using are compatible with v7.4.1 before beginning the process! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

twhiting9275 Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 I've yet to find the updater actually successful. It's best to just download and upgrade that way.
