Just wondering,. if i haven't updated to version 7.3.0 and will be updating it now or later, will these hotfixes be addressed already or do i still have to patch them after i update? Thanks.

if you were upgrading today, you'd still have to patch them; if you're upgrading in the future, then these hotfixes generally get incorporated into the next maintenance release (e.g v7.3.1)... there's no knowing when that will be, but I would guess from previous experience, sometime this month.
