Dashboard Widgets Wont refresh after 7.3

We just upgraded to ver 7.3

We did have the blank dashboard issue which we fixed by updating our database.

The dashboard is back now, but none of the widgets report fresh data.  Even pressing the refresh button on the widgets do nothing, the icon just spins forever.

Is there an update for this yet?

Hi,

This is not a known issue in version 7.3.

 

Do you encounter any error in your browser's error console?

If not, please enable the Setup > General Settings > Other tab > MySQL Debug option, reproduce the error, and check the Utilities > Logs > Activity Log for any MySQL errors.

We have this with the enom extended addon too, have hidden them for now.....  all others seem to work

Hi,

We're aware of an issue with the admin dashboard widgets failing to refresh on the V4 admin template. It has been assigned internal case ID CORE-11707.

To workaround the issue, please follow these steps:

1. From any WHMCS admin area page, click the My Account link in the top-left corner
2. Use the Template dropdown menu and select the Blend option
3. Click Save Changes

I am using the Blend template and I am facing the same issue, none of my Widgets can refresh.

Ours just magically started working (refreshing) again, and we never changed from the V4 to the blend.

Not sure what happened, they just started behaving normally again.....

Ok Turns out its an old widget, I disabled it and now all is well again.
So if this is happening to any of the readers here, look for any old widgets in your public_html/modules/widgets

I have this same problem, will this be fixed with V4  theme, because Blend do not look good, like using something 10 years old compering with Blend ?
