keyboardmls
Dashboard pending orders show as 1 in the new green box in the dashboard when there are no actual pending orders. It shows correctly as 0 at the top of the page but not the green box. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this? Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 24, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 24, 2016 Hi, Please click the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the widget to refresh the cache. keyboardmls
There is no refresh button for the green pending orders widget. I've refreshed the page and cleared the cache many times to no avail. This is happening to other users as well after upgrade to 7.1. This is definitely a bug and not just a matter of waiting for the cache to refresh.

Jewlzzz
Dashboard pending orders show as 1 in the new green box in the dashboard when there are no actual pending orders. It shows correctly as 0 at the top of the page but not the green box. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this? Thanks! Interesting FYI: Our list of pending orders shows 3 when that green box shows 4.
