Automated domain renewal error "The number of years must be at least 1"

Can anyone shed any light on this scenario: a client received an email saying they need to renew their domain, so went ahead and paid for it, the module command ran but failed.

 

In our logs we are seeing the following:

 

Client 17 has paid for the renewal of domain xxxxxxxxxx.co.uk and the automated renewal attempt has failed with the following error: The number of years must be at least 1.

 

This came after a client successfully paid for the domain with their credit card.

 

We use the built-in Enom module.

Hi LeonardChallis,

 

I'd recommend taking a look at your Module Logs and seeing what details where sent to eNOM
