The pre sales contact no longer seems to work on 6.1.0, instead its directing to submit ticket

Did you check your settings for the pre-sales contact destination? Maybe the updated kicked it over to setting it to submit a ticket instead of your former setting.

Its would seem you are correct, the email address was gone too, we readded that and still the same, missed the part for the destination - no fault..... user error
