We are using WHMCS 6.0.2 with no modification

When we attempt to login to the client center we get the following error:

Login This page is restricted

WHMCS created a new user and it works great.

All existing users do not work and can not log in.

WHMCS staff can log in with any user without issues.

We can not.

We are on Windows 10

We have tested using :

Chrome - Version 44.0.2403.155 m

Firefox - 40.0.2

Edge - 20.10240.16384.0

Anyone have ideas - WHMCS staff seem to have hit a brick wall and they have been very helpful.

Here is a screen cast of what is happening: http://screencast.com/t/vod6ldL5j9ps

Hopefully someone out here knows a fix or reason.

Thank you.

in the thread below, someone else using Windows 10 & Edge is running into the same issue...

if it's a pure Windows 10 issue, then you might need to wait for the developers to find a solution and post a fix... i'm not using Win 10 here, so I can't test the issue.

if you try to login into the WHMCS demo site, do you still have the same issue? did the problem exist with v6.0.1 ??

I did not have the issue with 6.0.1 but we were not on Windows 10 at that time.

The passwords do have special characters in them but we also tested it without any special characters.

Remember - it is for Existing Clients only. The new test client that WHMCS staff created works great.
